Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

ORDER PROCESSING


Our goal is to process orders within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of our control but we will do our best to get your shipment sent ASAP.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


We ship carriers like USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL to give you the best possible shipping experience. Please ensure that you have entered the correct address.  We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders do not include applicable taxes and duty fees during checkout.  The shipping fee covers the cost of transporting and delivering your parcel.  The international taxes (such as value added, tax, or vat) are set by the destination country so you will be responsible for paying the required taxes & duties upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment of fees.  Customers are responsible for all international duties upon arrival.  Please check your local government agency for these costs.

TRACKING SHIPMENT
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@itscurrencyflow.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.  

Refund

A refund can be initiated if products are defective, damaged and/or if you receive the wrong item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any issues. To be eligible for refund, you must contact us within 14 days after receiving your order providing proof of purchase. Also, your item(s) must be unworn/unused, and inside its original packaging. Contact us at info@itscurrencyflow.com using "Refund Request"

Return 

Our 14 day return policy, means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return
.
We only accept returns for size exchanges or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags & its original packaging, and also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at info@itscurrencyflow.com using "Return Request" as subject matter. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. we don't accept sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

ALL exchange requests are subject to product availability.  If the requested item is no longer available at the time of return processing, store credit will be issued.


Please ensure you report any issues within the respective deadlines:

  • Quality: Within 14 days of when the package was marked delivered

  • Damaged: Within 14 days of when the package was marked delivered

  • Wrong Items: Within 14 days of when the package was marked delivered

  • Defective: Within 14 days of when the package was marked delivered

  • Missing: Within 14 days of when the package was marked delivered

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. 

Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
